Eligibility
New full-time employees may enroll in their Allstate Benefits within 365 days of their hire date. Ongoing employees can change benefits during open enrollment and within 31 days of a special event. See the tabs below for more details.
New Hire Enrollment
During the first year of employment, eligible employees can enroll in the Allstate Benefits without medical questions. Benefits start the first of the month, 30 days after your enrollment date.Qualified Event Enrollment
Within 30 days of a qualified event, like marriage or birth, eligible employees can enroll in or drop coverage for themselves or eligible family members.Annual Open Enrollment
October 1, 2021 - November 30, 2021During open enrollment, eligible employees may change their coverage for the following plan year. Start thinking now about your current benefits and what changes you might want to make. Any changes that you make during open enrollment take effect January 1, 2022.

How to Enroll / Questions
Workplace Benefits Plus offers appointments for thirty-minute phone consultations, video consultations and in-person consultations. You will receive the same service regardless of the type of consultation you choose. You may also contact us any time from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at 843.522.3835 or 866.631.0009.
