Eligibility
Employees, your spouse or domestic partner and your dependent children until their 26th birthday are eligible for Allstate Benefits. Coverage is guaranteed, meaning no medical questions to answer at your initial enrollment. Employees can enroll in or change plans throughout the year, but the following special enrollment events are available to you.
Open Enrollment

Congratulations on your new job. During your new hire enrollment period, you can enroll in the Allstate Supplemental coverage with no medical questions to answer. Workplace Benefits Plus offers appointments for thirty-minute phone consultations, video consultations and in-person consultations.
