Allstate Benefits Open Enrollment

Your employer is hosting your annual open enrollment from October 1 - 31. During this event, you can change your existing voluntary Allstate Benefits coverage or elect new ones for the first time. All open enrollment changes take effect January 1, 2025.

What's new for 2025

  • Whole Life New Long-Term Care benefit provides an accelerated Death Benefit for long term care with Restoration of Benefits and Extension of Benefits. A monthly advance of 6% of the death benefit for up to 34 months while receiving qualified long-term care services.
  • Whole Life Coverage is guaranteed for all employees during this open enrollment period. Employee can enroll up to 130,000, Working Spouse up to 40,000, Non-working Spouse up to 10,000, and Children up to 20,000.​

Accident Plan

Starts at $6.88 per pay.
Accident insurance from Allstate Benefits pays a cash benefit to the insured for a covered accident or injury and can help pay expenses such as copays, deductibles, and treatment. Accident coverage helps pick up where other insurance leaves off.​

Cancer Plan

Starts at $4.84 per pay.
Cancer insurance from Allstate Benefits pays cash benefits for cancer and 29 specified diseases to help with the costs associated with treatments and expenses as they happen. The benefit can help pay for hospitalization, surgery, radiation/chemotherapy, and more.​

Critical Illness Plan

Starts at $4.56 per pay.
Critical Illness coverage provides a lump-sum cash benefit if you or a covered loved one is diagnosed with heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure, or another covered illness. And the benefit can be used any way you wish – for medical expenses or your regular monthly bills.​

Supplemental Health Plan

Starts at $10.67 per pay.
Our Supplemental Health insurance pays for hospitalization, surgery, outpatient, nursing, and transportation. Cash benefits are payable directly to you and can help keep you from withdrawing money from your personal bank account or your Health Savings Account (HSA) for hospital-related expenses.​

Short Term Disability Plan

Starts at $7.68 per pay.
Disability insurance from Allstate Benefits pays a cash benefit to help protect an eligible individual's finances from a covered sickness or injury. Insureds who experience a total disability, partial disability, or even a disability from donating an organ can get the help they need to alleviate daily living expenses.​

Whole Life Plan NEW

Starts at $3.44 per pay.
With Whole Life insurance from Allstate Benefits, you get guaranteed rates for the life of the policy and a guaranteed death benefit to be paid to your beneficiaries. Additional, coverage now includes long term care benefits. As the policy builds cash value, you can achieve your financial goals or borrow against it should you need to.
